One Page a Day: A Digital Journal for Notes, Photos & Checklists [Flowhere]

    A day’s notes don’t always fit neatly into a diary, a to-do list, or a photo album.

On October 25, 2026, my Indifferent Page brought together short notes, a checklist, passages from my reading, and photographs—all within a single dated entry.

Indifferent Page is a flexible daily journal in Flowhere. Each day has its own page, which grows as you add writing, images, and other content. You can keep everything together without deciding in advance what kind of journal entry the day should become.

Here’s how the page works, using my actual October 25 record and a short recording demonstration.

Inside a Real Daily Journal Entry

My October 25 page includes several different kinds of records.

A short sequence of notes appears alongside passages I wanted to keep from my reading. A checklist labeled Push list contains three items—revisit, reflect, and reconnect. Photographs and images of written pages occupy the lower part of the entry.

These aren’t separate journal pages. They’re different parts of the same day, collected in one place.
The example shows how a daily journal can accommodate practical notes, things to remember, and personal material without assigning each one a separate section or notebook.

A Page That Grows With What You Add

Unlike a journal with a fixed amount of writing space, Indifferent Page expands vertically as you add content.

A brief thought might take only a few lines. On another day, you might include a longer entry, a checklist, photographs, or a drawing. The page adjusts to the amount you record.

You can also choose a layout that suits what you’re doing:
    List Block

    • Blank
    • Lined or Wide Lined
    • Grid
    • Undated Weekly
    • Undated Monthly

The layout changes how you use the space, but the basic structure remains one page per day.

The video below shows Indifferent Page on a phone, including layout selection, text editing, checklist content, and a longer page containing images.

Separate Different Moments of the Day

You don’t need a new page whenever the subject changes.
To divide an entry into different moments, type two hyphens (–) on an empty line and press Enter. Indifferent Page inserts a time-marked divider.

You might start with plans in the morning, add something you read later, and return with another note in the evening.
The divider keeps those moments distinct while preserving them within the same dated page.

Save Your Journal as a PDF for Goodnotes

Indifferent Page is a browser-based journal, not a pre-made Goodnotes template.

You create and save your entry in Flowhere, then download the recorded page as a JPG or PDF.

    • JPG — 1080 × 1350 px
    • PDF — A4 format

You can import the PDF into Goodnotes to keep it alongside your other journal pages, or save the JPG as an image of your entry.

Downloading requires a Flowhere login. Your saved entry remains accessible in Flowhere, where you can return to earlier records through the Archive.

    Start With Today’s Page

Open Indifferent Page and begin with whatever you want to keep today—a note, a checklist, or a photograph.

You can choose a layout, add more content later, and let the page take shape as the day unfolds.
